Past RMA/Ticketing system history
I have had RMA return and support information that date back with your company over 8 years. Do you plan to integrate that into your new 3rd party Zendesk system or is it just lost now?
Currently, there are no plans to migrate the information regarding past RMA and support questions to the new Zendesk system. However, the Arecont Vision technical support staff is able to access to it. If there is specific information regarding a question or product that you need, please contact us by submitting a request via email or this portal.
