AV02CID-100 | Image is distorted

Environment:

• AV02CID-100 

Issue: The image at night is distorted 

Problem: The IR intensity may be set to high per the field of view.

Solution:

1. Log into the camera webpage 
2. Select "Image" menu
   
3. Change IR control  to "On"
   
4. Adjust the "IR Level" to a lower value (this we be determined by the field of view)
   
5. Adjust "Defog Level" to a Higher value (this we be determined by the field of view)
   
6. Review camera images after changes have been made.
