How do I check the status of a support ticket or look for information about previous tickets?
All of your previous tickets are stored under your profile on support.arecontvision.com. If you filed a ticket, a profile was created for you; you can get a password to log in and see your tickets as a part of this process.
- On support.arecontvision.com, click Sign In.
- Enter your user name and password. If you created a ticket, but haven't signed in yet, click Get a password.
- After logging in, select your user name in the upper right and click My Activities. This shows you a list of the tickets you've created, community articles you've responded to, etc.
- Select a ticket to see additional information about your request.
