If the camera is located outside and shows an image with unnatural bright pink color that goes away for a time if the camera is power cycled. Then if over the course of a day the issue returns you likely are looking at a white balance issue that can occur with our WDR cameras having older firmware in certain lighting conditions.
If the camera is a Single sensor G1 or G2 update firmware to ver. 65249
If the camera is a Multi-Sensor G2, G3, or G5 Surround or Omni update firmware to ver. 65212
If the camera is a G1 Omni or Surround the latest 65200 firmware or if Duo 65201 does not address this issue and no further development is on the roadmap - you can try using custom white balance feature but the better solution would be considering an upgrade to a newer G2 or G5 model or in case of the Duo model replacing with 2x Microdomes.
This issue is a result of a white balance bug that existed in older WDR camera firmware that could be triggered by changing outdoor lighting and position of the sun in the image.
